THC Fried Chicken
This isn’t just tasty, it is bound to leave you craving more. It is the tastiest, crispiest, homemade fried chicken we have EVER had. We actually found this recipe on allrecipes, but had to try it with some THC. This won’t only leave you craving for more but by adding some killer THC to the equation, it will leave you buzzin’.
Ok, let’s get cookin’
For this recipe you are going to need some of that fabulous Cannabis Oil
Making the Cannabis Oil:
- 1-1 ½ ounces of finely ground weed, trim or buds
- 28 ounces of oil
Making Your Canna Oil:
- Boil your oil in the saucepan on a low to medium heat. Make sure it doesn’t burn
- Once hot, drop in the 1-1 ½ ounces of weed and stir, stir, stir… It shouldn’t get to hot.
- Let it slow cook for about 1.5-2 hours.
- Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth into a jar.
- Store in the fridge and you’re done!
The THC Fried Chicken Ingredients:
- 1/2 quart canna oil
For the first step you are going to need two separate bowls, as you are going to be mixing different ingredients together. In one bowl mix ; 3 cups of flour, garlic salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, paprika and poultry seasoning.
In the other bowl, mix together 1 1/3 cups flour, salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, egg yolks and beer. If the batter came out to thick, so use some additional beer.
Heat the oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F. Moisten each piece of chicken with a little water, then dip in the dry mix. Shake off excess and dip in the wet mix, then dip in the dry mix once more. You are kind of going back and forth. First to get it tender and then to make the mixture stick.
Place the chicken in the oil + canna oil combination and fry around 18 minutes or until browned. Once you’ve removed the chicken from the stove, place on paper towel to absorb the oil.
